About the role

The Community Relations Manager will lead the creation of a vibrant, welcoming environment for gym members. By combining customer service, marketing, and administrative duties, the role ensures members feel valued, stay engaged, and remain loyal to the fitness centre.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome new members, provide orientation, and address inquiries promptly.
• Organise social events, fitness challenges, workshops, and special classes to build community spirit.
• Develop and execute social‑media content and promotional campaigns to attract and retain members.
• Establish partnerships with local businesses and influencers to increase visibility.
• Maintain an accurate member database, generate regular reports on membership metrics, and assist with class scheduling.
• Collaborate with trainers, instructors, and staff to ensure a cohesive member experience.
