Community Manager

About the role

The Community Manager will lead the creation and nurturing of an engaged guest community across Hide‑In’s properties and online platforms. Based in Udaipur with a hybrid work setup, the role blends on‑site guest interaction with digital community management to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with guests on‑site, welcome them, and foster a friendly atmosphere in common areas.
• Plan and execute on‑site events, meet‑ups, and local experiences for travelers.
• Collect guest feedback, respond promptly, and use insights to improve services.
• Manage Hide‑In’s social media channels, engage followers, and handle online reviews.
• Run community‑driven campaigns that strengthen the brand’s online presence.
• Collaborate with property staff and management to coordinate local partnerships and support marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong community engagement and customer relationship skills, preferably with hospitality or tourism experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English, active listening, and ability to connect with diverse travelers.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Udaipur in a hybrid arrangement, including flexible hours, weekends or evenings.
• Diploma or degree in hospitality, tourism, communications or related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is valued.
