Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Community Manager to build and scale a thriving tech community around Masai. You will own the end‑to‑end community experience, from attracting high‑quality members to turning insights into action.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow tech and developer communities on Discord, Slack, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Develop and execute strategies for member acquisition, retention and activation.
• Plan and run online and offline events such as hackathons, workshops, webinars, meetups and AMAs.
• Create newsletters, updates and social posts that spark conversation.
• Identify and nurture community champions and ambassadors.
• Establish partnerships with universities, startups, developer groups and industry leaders.
• Define, track and report community metrics and use data to improve programs.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, high‑ownership attitude with a passion for tech communities.
• Ability to create engagement beyond vanity metrics and turn members into long‑term advocates.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset across product, marketing and partnership teams.
