Content & Community Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Content & Community Associate to help build and scale regional communities across India. You will own the voice of the community, nurture creators and micro‑influencers, and work closely with product and growth teams to drive engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for users, solving problems and fostering lasting relationships.
• Scale and manage language‑specific communities (Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, etc.).
• Identify, nurture and grow micro‑influencers who drive matchmaking, gifting and live interactions.
• Design and execute monetisation and up‑skilling strategies for creators.
• Collaborate with product teams to launch and optimise features that improve retention and revenue.
• Monitor cultural trends and introduce viral formats to the platform.
• Maintain safe, inclusive and engaging community spaces.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in community, operations or campaign management, preferably with regional audiences.
• Strong understanding of one or more Indian languages and cultures (e.g., Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Hindi, Punjabi).
• Proven ability to connect with people at scale and build trust.
• High ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously.
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
