Senior Manager, Strategic PR & Communications

About the role

Joveo is seeking a senior communications professional to shape its corporate narrative and raise the visibility of its leadership. Reporting to the Chief of Strategic Initiatives & Global Supply Officer, you will drive strategic PR, craft compelling stories, and turn them into memorable campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own Joveo’s corporate narrative, translating leadership insights and customer data into pitches, commentary, and briefing material.
• Build and sustain an earned‑media program across business, technology, startup and industry outlets, cultivating relationships with journalists, editors, newsletters and podcasts.
• Strengthen leadership visibility by preparing executives for interviews, identifying speaking opportunities, and sharpening messaging while preserving personal voice.
• Lead communications for major milestones, product launches and funding announcements, managing FAQs, media enquiries and issue response.
• Conceptualise and execute creative PR campaigns that align with strategic priorities, coordinating specialists and selecting appropriate channels.
• Utilise paid PR selectively, evaluating sponsored content, distribution and events against clear objectives and budget constraints.
• Measure impact by tracking coverage relevance, message accuracy, audience engagement and inbound interest, using insights to optimise future efforts.

Required profile

• Proven track record of securing coverage for technology businesses, startups or agency clients.
• Strong editorial instinct with the ability to spot angles in conversations and translate them into compelling stories.
• Experience working closely with senior leaders and subject‑matter experts to craft authentic narratives.
• Ability to manage media relations, crisis communication and stakeholder messaging.
• Strategic thinker who can balance earned, owned and paid media tactics.
