Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑first Community Manager to build, engage, and nurture our customer community across WhatsApp and other digital platforms. You will create meaningful interactions, foster relationships, and drive engagement to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Build, grow, and manage customer communities on WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
• Develop and execute monthly community engagement calendars with educational posts, product updates, success stories, polls, quizzes, challenges, and interactive campaigns.
• Moderate discussions to maintain a positive, respectful environment and respond to customer queries or coordinate resolutions.
• Identify and nurture community champions, advocates, and power users, encouraging peer‑to‑peer knowledge sharing.
• Gather feedback and share insights with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams.
• Drive participation through webinars, AMA sessions, live events, contests, and referral or advocacy initiatives.
• Track community health metrics such as growth, active members, engagement rate, response time, and feedback trends, reporting insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in community management, customer engagement, or related fields.
• Passion for community building and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging content and foster long‑term relationships with members.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking engagement metrics.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience managing WhatsApp Communities.
• Familiarity with Telegram, Discord, or Facebook Groups.
