Community Manager

About the role

Garage.App is seeking a Community Manager who will build and nurture a founder‑centric, product‑driven community around its AI‑powered SaaS tools. You will act as the bridge between early adopters and the product team, turning users into advocates and shaping product evolution.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage community spaces such as Slack, Discord, and private forums.
• Attract founders, indie hackers, developers, and SaaS operators to join the ecosystem.
• Identify early adopters and develop them into power users, ambassadors, and beta testers.
• Initiate and moderate discussions on product building, AI tools, SaaS growth, and startup journeys.
• Organize AMAs, founder talks, product demos, virtual meetups, and collaborative problem‑solving events.
• Gather feedback and user insights, then work with product and engineering to translate them into improvements.
• Support marketing initiatives, explore partnership opportunities, and drive organic advocacy.

Required profile

• Passion for building technology‑focused communities and ecosystems.
• Experience in community building within startups, SaaS companies, or developer relations.
• Strong understanding of founder and builder mindsets.
• Excellent communication and ability to foster collaboration.
