Community Manager

About the role

This role is a dynamic, community‑focused position for a premium lifestyle and jewellery brand. Based in India, you will act as the real‑time voice of the brand, nurturing engaged online audiences across multiple social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage community conversations on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Reddit.
• Respond to comments, questions and discussions in a consistent, on‑brand tone.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to deepen engagement by proactively joining relevant discussions.
• Track, flag and escalate trending topics, FAQs or sensitive conversations to content and marketing teams.
• Analyze engagement patterns and community sentiment to support content strategy and performance improvements.
• Stay informed on jewellery, diamond and luxury lifestyle trends to ensure timely, relevant interactions.
• Support reporting on community activity, insights and platform performance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, community management or digital engagement.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Interest in or familiarity with diamonds, jewellery, luxury lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and respond within defined engagement windows, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Business Suite.
• Experience using TikTok for community engagement.
• Familiarity with Sprout Social or similar social media management tools.
