Community Manager – Hubballi, Karnataka

About the role

We are looking for a Community Manager to lead and nurture active, engaged communities around our topics in Hubballi, Karnataka. The role combines community engagement, HR recruitment, office administration and internship program management.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure active and engaged online communities, generate relationships and monitor conversations to boost brand visibility.
• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment for IT projects and Hubballi office positions through the HR portal.
• Oversee office administration, including opening and closing the Hubballi office and managing its infrastructure.
• Maintain document filing and management systems.
• Curate, train and develop interns, managing the internship program.
• Provide daily updates on tasks, hours and documentation in the NABROS portal and manage consultants’ and employees’ timesheets.

Required profile

• Graduates with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Respect for time, relationships and responsibilities; punctual and ownership‑driven.
• Strong oral and written communication, target‑driven mindset.
• Experience in curation, human relationship management, and training & development.
