Community Manager – Full‑Time (Pune)

About the role

We are looking for a Community Manager to lead a fast‑growing leadership community of entrepreneurs, professionals and visionaries in Pune. This people‑first role focuses on nurturing connections, protecting culture and delivering a high‑value member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own and actively manage the private community platform, responding promptly to member queries and ensuring no one feels ignored.
• Enforce community guidelines, remove spam, flag violations and maintain a safe, high‑value environment.
• Identify, onboard and coach facilitators, providing feedback and acting as the quality bridge between facilitators and leadership.
• Maintain the master calendar, schedule meetups, orientations and regular sessions, and handle event logistics such as descriptions, thumbnails, meeting links and WhatsApp invites.
• Track attendance, participation metrics and continuously improve session quality based on feedback and data.
• Monitor the community for disruptive behavior, act swiftly on flagged issues and proactively reinforce accountability, warmth and excellence.
