PR Manager

About the role

One XL Info LLP is seeking a proactive PR Manager to lead public relations activities for its group of companies across India and the UAE. The role will serve as the single point of contact for media relations, corporate communications, and brand visibility, ensuring consistent messaging and effective media coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies for group companies in India and the UAE.
• Manage the PR calendar, campaigns, announcements, and media activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, publications, and industry platforms.
• Pitch company stories, coordinate interviews, press meets, podcasts, and media appearances.
• Maintain an updated media contacts database and monitor coverage.
• Create, approve, and deliver press releases, media briefs, and corporate announcements.
• Coordinate leadership interviews, thought‑leadership articles, and speaking opportunities.
• Ensure all external communications are accurate, professional, and aligned with brand positioning.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations.
• Proven ability to manage PR activities end‑to‑end across multiple markets.
• Strong network of media contacts in India and the UAE.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal teams.

Required skills

• Strong writing and editing capabilities.
• Effective media pitching and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience with press release creation and approval processes.
