Community Manager – Algo Trading

About the role

Delta Exchange India is building one of the most trusted crypto algorithmic‑trading communities in India. As the Community Manager – Algo Business you will be the primary point of contact for traders, helping them launch their first bots, share strategies, and grow on our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own and nurture the online community across forums, Telegram, Discord and other channels – set up structures, rituals and day‑to‑day moderation.
• Act as the first responder to API and trading questions, unblock users, and escalate bugs.
• Identify power users, run ambassador and early‑access programmes, and foster strategy builders.
• Plan and execute offline meetups, hackathons and strategy competitions in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR and other hubs, as well as online AMAs and workshops.
• Create beginner‑friendly content such as getting‑started guides, API tutorials, strategy walkthroughs and backtesting explainers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, sample code and cookbooks; be able to write and test a basic strategy yourself.
• Collect community pain points and translate them into structured, prioritized product feedback.
• Monitor global trends in agentic tooling, AI copilots and no‑code automation and feed insights back to the roadmap.
• Define and track community metrics: active builders, deployed strategies, resolution time and new‑trader retention.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in community management, developer relations, growth, content creation or a trader‑facing role.
• Solid understanding of algorithmic trading concepts – backtesting, slippage, webhooks, etc.
• Genuine passion for talking to traders; ability to handle hundreds of conversations per month.
• Awareness of the algo‑trading landscape in India and globally, including key tools and communities.
