About the role
The Cluster Revenue Manager will lead the revenue accounting function for Hyatt Regency Chennai, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership for revenue accounting and implement best business practices across the hotel.
- Manage all technical accounting aspects of the hotel’s revenue streams, including revenue recognition policies.
- Interface regularly with sales, operations, and marketing teams to align revenue strategies.
- Oversee royalty accounting and invoicing processes.
- Supervise two direct reports, guiding their performance and development.
Required profile
- University degree in Strategic Marketing, Hospitality or Tourism Management; MBA is an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Revenue Manager, Marketing Manager or Marketing Analyst.
- Strong strategic orientation with solid problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
