Cluster Manager – West Delhi

About the role

The Cluster Manager will lead sales activities for a group of HDFC Bank branches in West Delhi, focusing on insurance and joint‑venture product distribution. This role requires close collaboration with branch teams to meet sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve assigned targets across the designated bank branches.
• Support the Regional Officer (FLS) by preparing illustrations, joining client calls, and assisting in sales efforts.
• Maintain strong relationships with branch managers, officers, and staff, fostering an open and trusting partnership.
• Conduct regular knowledge‑transfer sessions on insurance and JV product offerings and address any concerns from branch teams.
• Ensure all service requirements are met, including medical facilitation and customer satisfaction.
• Lead lead‑generation initiatives such as walk‑ins, data‑mining, referrals, and other channels.
