Cloud Security & SRE Lead – GCC Platforms

About the role

Innomax IT Solutions is seeking a Cloud Security & SRE Lead to design, build and operate secure, reliable cloud platforms for Global Capability Centres (GCC). The role combines cloud architecture, DevSecOps and site reliability engineering to support AI, data and enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage secure cloud infrastructure for GCC platforms across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or hybrid environments.
• Build SRE practices focused on uptime, scalability, performance, reliability, incident response, automation and operational excellence.
• Implement DevSecOps across CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms and AI systems.
• Set up infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates, Ansible or equivalent tools.
• Manage containerised environments with Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, EKS, GKE, OpenShift or similar.
• Implement observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, New Relic, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor or equivalent.
• Define SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, reliability metrics, incident severity models and escalation processes.
• Implement cloud security controls including IAM, VPC/VNet, WAF, network segmentation, encryption, secrets management, vulnerability management, endpoint security and access governance.
• Conduct cloud posture assessments, architecture reviews, vulnerability reviews and security hardening.
• Build backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, high‑availability and resilience strategies.
• Lead incident response, root‑cause analysis, post‑mortems, remediation planning and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Support GCC compliance needs such as ISO, SOC2, DPDP, healthcare, fintech and enterprise client audits.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, AI, data, QA, product, business and client teams.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proven track record in DevOps, SRE and cloud security.
• Leadership experience at lead, senior lead or manager level.
• Ability to drive reliability, security and compliance initiatives across complex environments.
