Clinical Specialist – OCSD – West Region

About the role

3M is seeking a Clinical Specialist for its OCSD West Region to provide specialized clinical support and education to business teams and healthcare professionals. The role bridges clinical expertise with sales initiatives to drive product adoption and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to sales teams for defending or gaining new business at the account level.
• Co‑lead joint clinical and sales calls with sales representatives to discuss on‑label scientific evidence and product procedures.
• Support sales conversion and in‑service activities for 3M products.
• Deliver product clinical training to sales and marketing personnel.
• Execute local and regional programs that support sales and marketing campaigns.
• Present approved educational programs to healthcare audiences.
• Lead product acceptance and performance monitoring in clinical use.
• Participate actively in professional associations as needed.

Required profile

• Experience providing clinical support to sales or business teams.
• Ability to co‑lead joint clinical/sales calls and discuss scientific evidence.
• Capability to deliver product training and educational programs.
• Willingness to engage with professional associations and support regional initiatives.
