Client Success & Lifestyle Coaching Manager

About the role

HormoHealth is seeking a dynamic professional to lead its premium coaching program. As the Client Success & Lifestyle Coaching Manager, you will act as the conductor of a hybrid operation that blends clinical lifestyle coaching, client experience management, and day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Create customized lifestyle, habit‑building, and holistic protocols for hormonal health, especially PCOS.
• Audit dietary plans from specialist dietitians to ensure alignment with overall lifestyle strategy.
• Manage Notion‑based consultation and client CRM systems, handling all appointment scheduling without conflicts.
• Conduct inbound inquiry calls, counsel warm leads on HormoHealth’s scientific approach, and book consultation slots.

Required profile

• Minimum MSc in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or related life sciences.
• At least 2 years of experience in clinical coaching, customer success, clinic administration, or operations.
• Highly organized, comfortable managing CRMs, and confident communicating with premium clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Notion for workflow management.
• Experience using client relationship management (CRM) tools.

What we offer

• Full‑time onsite role (Zirakpur Motiaz Royal Business Park) with working hours 12:00 PM–8:00 PM.
