Cleanroom Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Cleanroom Technician to maintain and monitor our controlled‑environment facilities. You will work directly with HVAC, BMS, and other critical systems to ensure the cleanroom meets strict contamination and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of cleanroom systems (HVAC, chillers, exhaust, compressed air, DI water, gas lines, etc.).
• Operate equipment and machinery while adhering to cleanroom gowning protocols.
• Support installation, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
• Monitor temperature, humidity, and particle levels; report deviations daily.
• Oversee building management and environmental control systems for alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Document procedures, batch records, and logs accurately.
• Handle and transport materials in compliance with contamination‑control guidelines.
• Assist with cleanroom validations, equipment calibration, and inspections.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of facility‑maintenance experience, preferably in a cleanroom or high‑tech manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience working in a Class 100‑1000 cleanroom is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and building automation.
