About the role

The company is seeking a Civil Assistant to support civil engineering activities at its Bavla site. The role involves hands‑on involvement in monitoring, measuring, and ensuring the quality of on‑site civil works.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor day‑to‑day site activities related to civil engineering projects.
• Maintain and verify the quality of work performed on site.
• Coordinate with users and departmental personnel to align project requirements.
• Take site measurements of contractor‑executed works and verify accuracy on site.
• Utilise civil engineering tools and equipment to support project tasks.
• Perform manual tasks and take initiative on civil‑related work as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in civil engineering works.
• Ability to work independently and follow site instructions.
• Good coordination and communication with various stakeholders.

Required skills

• Familiarity with civil engineering tools and equipment.
• Basic computer literacy.
