Civil 3D / MicroStation / OpenRoads Designer – Land Development

About the role

We are looking for a Civil 3D, MicroStation, or OpenRoads Designer to join our land development team in Hyderabad. The role is full‑time, on‑site and involves designing, planning, and managing stormwater and site civil works for various projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare land development and site civil construction drawings (roads, utilities, grading, drainage, erosion control).
• Assist in zoning, preliminary, and concept land development plans.
• Work on site grading, stormwater management, and safety design under senior guidance.
• Draft soil erosion and sediment control plans, including BMPs, swales, and spillways.
• Prepare water, sewer, and utility plans according to U.S. local agency requirements.
• Research standards and codes, and respond to agency review comments.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (U.S. education preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in civil land planning and engineering.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and well‑organized.
• Experience with U.S. or Maryland land development projects is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Proficiency in Bentley MicroStation.
• Proficiency in Bentley OpenRoads.
