About the role
Claxa Chemicals Private Limited is seeking a full‑time Production Operator to join its manufacturing team in Muzaffarnagar. You will play a key part in running chemical reactors, managing production lines, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor reactors and associated equipment.
- Oversee daily production line activities to meet output targets.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform quality control checks and laboratory testing of product specifications.
- Support training and mentoring of new team members.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Experience with reactor operation and production line management.
- Proven ability to conduct quality control and lab analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
