Chartered Accountant – SaaS Compliance & Finance Lead

About the role

ReDi Solutions is a fast‑growing fintech startup building a multi‑tenant SaaS platform for CA firms and MSMEs. As the first Chartered Accountant hire, you will work at the intersection of compliance and product, shaping how thousands of users interact with the software.

Key responsibilities

• Validate product modules (GST, billing, reconciliation, audit) by testing, bug‑finding and ensuring compliance logic.
• Own end‑to‑end practice operations, including GST filings, Income Tax filings and statutory audits.
• Prepare project finance reports, CMA data, loan proposals and coordinate with banks or NBFCs.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 3 years of practice experience.
• Strong expertise in GST, Income Tax and audit processes.
• Passion for technology and willingness to work daily inside a SaaS product.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to own outcomes independently.
