About the role
Momentive Business Services seeks a Lead Analyst for the Costing Center of Excellence to optimize cost management processes and provide actionable insights across business, commercial, and operations functions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and improve standard cost models for manufacturing operations.
- Perform detailed actual cost analysis, variance analysis and resolve cost‑related queries.
- Coordinate data collection and reporting across multiple plants.
- Collaborate with business, commercial and product managers to deliver cost insights.
Required profile
- 8‑10 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with SAP and advanced Excel for data analysis.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, global setting.
