Change & PMO Analyst – APAC

About the role

The Change & PMO Analyst supports the delivery of change initiatives across the APAC region, working closely with the Change & PMO Lead to ensure smooth execution and adoption. This role involves coordinating project activities, developing communications, and maintaining governance artefacts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing change management plans, including impact assessments, readiness activities, training coordination and adoption tracking.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards and documentation across key initiatives, ensuring accuracy and version control.
• Draft communications, leadership updates, slide decks, FAQs, training materials and engagement content aligned to change plans.
• Produce monthly/quarterly reporting packs, update governance artefacts and coordinate inputs for steering committees and project reviews.
• Support the ongoing refinement, organisation and adoption of change and PMO toolkits, ensuring templates are current.
• Organise meetings, workshops and working sessions; prepare agendas, pre‑reads and minutes; track follow‑ups and decision logs.
• Collect and analyse data related to adoption, training attendance, engagement and readiness; highlight trends and risks.
• Identify gaps in process, documentation or tooling and propose enhancements to improve quality and efficiency.
• Maintain structured repositories for change, PMO and project materials to enable reusability and standardisation.
• Provide day‑to‑day execution support to the Change & PMO Lead on COE priorities, special projects and cross‑functional coordination.
