Certified Fitness Trainer – Personal & Group Sessions

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and certified Fitness Trainer to join our dynamic team. You will design personalized workout plans, lead one‑on‑one training sessions, and conduct engaging group fitness classes, helping clients reach their health goals in a safe and motivating environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fitness evaluations to determine client needs and fitness levels.
• Develop and implement customized workout programs based on individual goals.
• Deliver personal training sessions and lead group classes such as HIIT, yoga, pilates, or Zumba.
• Monitor client progress, provide feedback, and adjust programs as needed.
• Educate clients on proper exercise technique, basic nutrition, and injury prevention.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness area.
• Stay current with industry trends, new equipment, and training methodologies.
• Collaborate with dietitians, physiotherapists, and other health professionals.

Required profile

• Minimum 1‑2 years experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor.
• Relevant certification such as K11 Diploma, ACE Diploma, or B.P.Ed.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for health and fitness.
