Casual Grocery Team Member

About the role

Join the newly refurbished New Town store as a Casual Grocery Team Member. You will help keep the store looking its best while delivering friendly, attentive service to customers in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain well‑presented, fully stocked grocery aisles.
• Provide warm, welcoming, and helpful customer service.
• Receive, unpack, and organise stock deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with the team to support daily store operations.
• Follow food safety, workplace health and safety, and company procedures.

Required profile

• A friendly attitude with strong communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for working with food and people.
• Energy, initiative, and willingness to take direction.
• Ability to follow procedures, especially around food handling and WHS.
• Physical fitness for lifting and standing throughout the day.
• Ongoing daytime availability, including every second weekend.
