Cashier (Full-time, On-site)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Cashier position supports the Call Center Agoda operations in Attur. You will be responsible for accurate cash and electronic transaction processing while delivering courteous service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Accept payments, issue receipts and reconcile cash drawers at the start and end of each shift.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare basic transaction reports.
• Follow established cash‑handling and security procedures.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries and provide clear information about charges.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Coordinate with call‑center staff on payment‑related updates.
• Support a clean, organized, and professional front‑desk or payment area.

Required profile

• Proven ability to handle cash, electronic payments and basic reconciliation tasks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort working with digital records.
• Attention to detail, reliability and integrity in financial procedures.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time, including shifts, weekends or holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior cashier or similar experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Experience with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Familiarity with billing software.
• Basic accounting or cash reconciliation skills.
