Cash and Trade Processing Representative (Entry Level)

About the role

The Cash and Trade Processing Representative supports Citi's Transaction Services team by handling cash‑management and trade‑processing activities. This entry‑level position works the full night shift for the North America region and contributes to the smooth execution of payments, receivables, and liquidity flows.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cash‑management operations such as cash handling, check processing, return items and lock‑box activities.
• Provide processing assistance for firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and train new team members.
• Participate in compliance‑related activities to minimize losses and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Assist with cash & trade operational project needs and risk assessments.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in cash‑management processing or transaction services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to work night shifts and handle moderately complex operational tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong data‑entry accuracy.
