About the role
The HNI Dealer will provide market insights, technical and fundamental stock analysis, and derivative strategy advice to high‑net‑worth (HNI) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNI) clients. Based in Kolkata, the role focuses on driving brokerage revenue through proactive client engagement and cross‑selling of third‑party financial products.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse market trends, technical and fundamental reports and advise HNI/UHNI clients accordingly.
- Develop and communicate derivative strategies tailored to client portfolios.
- Increase market share by delivering advisory calls for trading and delivery transactions.
- Generate brokerage revenue by recommending trading ideas and stock picks.
- Conduct regular meetings with active clients and reactivate dormant accounts.
- Visit regional HNI clients, organize seminars and events.
- Cross‑sell third‑party products such as mutual funds, PMS, and structured products.
- Acquire new HNI/UHNI clients through referrals and market networks.
- Prepare and submit periodic MIS reports as required by the reporting head.
- Ensure revenue growth while adhering to internal policies and compliance standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or broking, managing AUM for HNI clients.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
