About the role
We are looking for a detail‑obsessed, spreadsheet‑savvy Finance Executive to join our finance team. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy balancing books, managing budgets, and ensuring financial accuracy in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage client estimates, release orders, and invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle daily accounting entries across sales, purchases, and payments using Tally.
- Support documentation and coordination for audits and internal reviews.
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors for financial follow‑ups.
- Maintain financial records in line with compliance and organizational standards.
Required profile
- 0–1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounts.
- B.Com, BAF or higher education in commerce or finance.
- Clear communication skills and a solution‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Tally accounting software.
- Microsoft Excel.
- Microsoft Word.
- Microsoft Outlook.
