Captain Waiter

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Captain Waiter position in Nashik oversees the dining floor, ensuring every guest receives attentive, high‑quality service from arrival to departure. You will lead the service team, coordinate with the kitchen, and maintain the restaurant’s presentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests, present menus, and take accurate orders.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to guarantee timely and correct dish delivery.
• Supervise table settings, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
• Guide and support service staff during peak periods.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Promote daily specials and signature items.
• Assist with basic training, scheduling input, and performance coaching for the service team.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of food & beverage service standards and menu familiarity.
• Basic understanding of cooking and kitchen operations.
• Prior experience as a Captain Waiter, head server, or senior waiter in a restaurant or hospitality venue.
• Proven leadership, ability to manage sections during busy hours, and composure under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training or certification is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
