About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Cafe Staff to join our team and deliver a high standard of service to our guests. You will be responsible for welcoming customers, taking chai orders, and ensuring the cafe environment remains clean and welcoming at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Take chai and other beverage orders and serve them promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shift.
• Adhere to safety policies and grooming standards.
• Arrange products on display and counter areas neatly.
• Respond to additional guest requests in a timely manner.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as directed by the supervisor.
