Cafe Staff – Full‑time Service Role

About the role

NATUF, a Levantine cuisine brand operating in India, is looking for enthusiastic Cafe Staff to join its Hyderabad outlet. This full‑time, on‑site position involves supporting daily cafe operations while delivering the brand’s promise of quality and cultural discovery to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standard recipes.
• Greet guests, take orders, answer menu questions and deliver orders promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized work and seating areas, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Support inventory checks, restocking, and coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety practices throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Ability to perform food preparation and beverage service in a fast‑paced cafe environment.
• Experience in food service, including order taking, serving, and maintaining presentation standards.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Strong customer‑service attitude, reliability, punctuality and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to learn Levantine cuisine.
• Basic proficiency in English and local languages; ability to stand for extended periods.
