Cafe Staff (Full‑time)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in the Pune/Pimpri‑Chinchwad area. As a Cafe Staff member you will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and support the daily operations of the cafe.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and take accurate orders.
• Serve food and beverages courteously and efficiently.
• Prepare basic menu items according to quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas.
• Handle billing, cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale system.
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are consistently met.
• Restock supplies and coordinate with kitchen colleagues.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns.

Required profile

• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry light loads.
• Effective time‑management and multitasking skills, especially during peak hours.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic education with proficiency in local languages and English.
• Prior experience in a cafe, quick‑service or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Cash handling and accurate billing.
• Point‑of‑sale (POS) system operation.
• Basic food and beverage handling with attention to hygiene and quality.
