About the role
We are looking for a proactive Business Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for prospective candidates, building relationships and assessing their fit for future opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for upcoming positions.
- Conduct phone and in‑person interviews, asking insightful questions to evaluate potential.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
- Serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet weekly quotas for outreach calls, emails, and candidate engagements.
Required profile
- Comfortable meeting new people frequently and building rapport.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Committed to meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Effective communication skills and high energy.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
