Business Internal Audit – Team Member

About the role

We are seeking a Business Internal Audit Team Member to independently execute high‑quality audits of business and enterprise functions. Reporting through the Business Audit Team Lead, you will provide objective assurance to senior management and the Audit Committee on the effectiveness of internal controls, governance and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute audits end‑to‑end, including walkthroughs, process mapping, and control testing.
• Assess governance, risk management and internal controls across financial, operational, compliance and technology processes.
• Prepare audit workpapers, risk‑control matrices, observations, risk ratings and comprehensive reports.
• Track audit actions, validate closure of findings and escalate recurring issues.
• Identify cost‑saving, process‑improvement and automation opportunities and quantify their financial impact.
• Engage with process owners and senior leadership to ensure smooth audit execution and act as a trusted advisor on risk matters.
• Leverage data‑analytics tools and automation to enhance audit efficiency and support continuous monitoring.
• Assist with fraud investigations, special reviews and coordination with external auditors when required.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in internal audit or related finance functions.
• Strong understanding of business processes, risk, controls and governance.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and data‑analytics techniques.
• High integrity, independence and professional judgment.
• Ability to drive audits independently and communicate effectively with senior management.
• Proactive, learning‑oriented mindset focused on delivering value.
