About the role
We are looking for a self‑motivated Business Development Officer to join our Cochin office. You will work closely with small to medium‑sized business owners, driving sales of our digital solutions and building lasting client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with small and medium business owners to generate sales.
- Identify new leads through cold calling and outreach.
- Conduct needs analysis and present digital solutions via phone or web demos.
- Close deals, prepare proposals, contracts and production forms.
- Maintain client accounts and keep CRM data up to date.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Computer literate, internet savvy and able to work independently.
- Strong planning, time‑management and organizational abilities.
- Customer‑oriented with high integrity.
- 1‑3 years of sales experience (freshers welcome).

What we offer
- Full‑time position based in Kochi.
- Salary range Rs 15,000 – 20,000 per month plus incentive.
