Business Development Manager – Real Estate & Hospitality

About the role

Victorino Luxury Homes is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth across its real estate, hospitality, and emerging business verticals. The role will focus on building strategic networks, identifying new opportunities, and acting as the primary liaison for key business matters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust network of clients, brokers, investors, consultants, and industry partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in real estate, hospitality, and related sectors.
• Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
• Support day‑to‑day operations, follow‑ups, and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate communication among internal teams, external partners, and government bodies.
• Prepare business updates, meeting notes, progress reports, and presentations for management.
• Research and evaluate new verticals, assist in business plans, feasibility studies, and market‑entry strategies.
• Track project progress, ensure timely reporting, and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in business development, relationship management, sales, operations, or strategic partnerships.
• Prior experience in real estate and/or hospitality sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to build and nurture strategic relationships.
• Excellent coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
