Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

Victorino Luxury Homes is seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused Sales Executives to support its growing real‑estate sales team. You will generate leads, engage prospective clients, and assist throughout the sales process to help expand the company’s premium residential and commercial portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities.
• Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
• Explain project features and address customer queries.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with prospects and existing clients.
• Update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
• Assist in achieving sales and lead‑generation targets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in tele‑calling, sales, customer service, or real‑estate sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.
• Positive attitude, target‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Professional and customer‑centric approach.
