About the role
The Business Development Manager for personal care products manufacturing will drive revenue and market expansion by securing B2B contracts, private‑label clients, and distribution partnerships. This role acts as the vital link between the manufacturing facility and beauty brands, managing client briefs, pricing negotiations, and commercial scaling.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients for contract manufacturing and private‑label projects.
- Generate leads, build a robust pipeline, and expand market presence across the personal‑care sector.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve revenue growth.
- Develop strategic partnerships and distribution channels.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for product formulations and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with production capabilities.
Required profile
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in personal‑care or FMCG manufacturing.
- Proven track record of B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
