Business Development Manager - Luxury Sales & HNI Relations

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead luxury sales and high‑net‑worth client relations for premium real‑estate projects in Goa. The role focuses on generating high‑value leads, nurturing relationships with HNI/UHNI investors, and closing premium deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and convert leads for luxury real‑estate and hospitality projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, investors, and channel partners.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property consultations.
• Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks to expand market reach.
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in luxury sales, hospitality, MICE, exhibitions, real‑estate, or wealth management.
• Proven track record of closing high‑ticket deals and managing HNI/UHNI relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and customer‑focused.
• Preferably based in Goa or willing to work from Panaji.
