Business Development Manager

About the role

Meshfloor is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long‑term customers. This full‑time, hybrid position is based in Chennai and involves a mix of in‑office collaboration and remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads across the coworking and managed office market.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from outreach to contract signing.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to shape go‑to‑market and partnership strategies.
• Deliver product demos and tailor proposals to address specific client requirements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline metrics, and forecast revenue.
• Represent Meshfloor at industry events, partner meetings, and occasional client visits.
• Collaborate with product and customer success teams to refine offerings based on feedback and ensure smooth onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, and lead generation.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze needs, and develop partnership strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including delivering demos to decision‑makers.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced startup environment and managing multiple opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort with a hybrid work model in Chennai and readiness for occasional client visits and industry events.
