Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth by identifying and acquiring new short‑term stay partners for DigiStay. Based in Dehradun, you will work closely with property owners and internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and nurture leads to build a robust pipeline of short‑term stay partners.
• Conduct meetings, presentations and negotiations with property owners and managers.
• Close partnership agreements and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records and track performance using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with product, operations and marketing to align client needs with DigiStay solutions.

Required profile

• Proven business development and sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation and deal closure.
• Strong account‑management and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
• Analytical and strategic mindset to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic data analysis/reporting.
• Prior experience in hospitality, travel, SaaS or related sectors is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dehradun and travel for local market visits.
