About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Dehradun branch. The role focuses on generating new business, managing leads, and building strong client relationships. This is a full‑time permanent position with a competitive monthly salary.

Key responsibilities

• Generate business and manage leads for the Dehradun market.
• Identify client challenges and propose appropriate solutions.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and drive sales through referrals.
• Achieve sales targets aggressively and proactively communicate with clients.
• Open and maintain customer accounts, recording all relevant information.
• Collect and analyze customer data to recommend products or services.
• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow up on new business opportunities, set up meetings, and convey product developments.

Required profile

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales or business development.
• Proven ability to generate leads, solve business problems, and maintain client relationships.
