About the role

Wateria Technovation Private Limited is seeking a full‑time Business Development Manager to join its growing team in Salcette. The role operates on a hybrid model, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work flexibility. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets and generate qualified leads.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, draft proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape service offerings and gather client feedback.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and report pipeline status and key metrics to leadership.
• Track sales performance and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Strong ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and close deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
