Branch Manager – Immigration Services

About the role

We are looking for a people‑first leader to own revenue, people and operations for one of our XIPHIAS Immigration branches in India. The role combines sales performance, customer experience and day‑to‑day branch management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage branch personnel, oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Develop and execute branch sales plans, monitor performance against targets and conduct regular sales meetings.
• Organise training programmes, evaluate employee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Lead local marketing activities and events to boost brand awareness.
• Interact with customers, resolve issues promptly and gather feedback to improve service quality.
• Prepare forecasts, business plans and manage the branch budget and financial objectives.

Required profile

• Proven management experience in a sales or branch‑operations role with a track record of meeting revenue goals.
• Strong leadership and results‑driven attitude, with excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Knowledge of relevant industry rules and regulations for the branch location.
• Experience of 5–12 years in similar roles, preferably in immigration, financial services or consultative industries.
