Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the sourcing, structuring and execution of lease‑back and rental‑back financing transactions. The role will focus on building a pipeline of high‑quality LRD opportunities and managing relationships across corporate, developer and banking ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Source and originate LRD opportunities from corporate ecosystems, vendors, partners and dealer networks.
• Identify, evaluate and structure high‑quality lease‑back and rental‑back transactions.
• Build and deepen relationships with corporate stakeholders, developers, leasing teams and channel partners.
• Collaborate with banks and NBFCs for risk participation and syndication.
• Drive end‑to‑end deal execution, coordinating with credit, legal and technical teams.
• Maintain portfolio quality, monitor asset performance, and manage delinquencies.
• Promote cross‑selling of group financial products.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in LRD, LAP or commercial real‑estate financing.
• Strong network within corporate, developer and leasing ecosystems.
• Proven track record of originating and closing structured lending transactions.

Required skills

• Understanding of lease structures, rental cash flows and property evaluation.
