Business Development Manager – Co‑Working Spaces & Commercial Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth for our co‑working spaces and commercial real estate portfolio. You will identify and engage potential clients such as startups, freelancers, and small businesses, delivering tailored solutions that meet their workspace needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients interested in co‑working spaces.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
• Generate leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and in‑person meetings.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Provide facility tours, address inquiries, and explain co‑working benefits.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Create customized proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 + years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (experience in commercial real estate or co‑working spaces is a plus).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM software.
