Analyst, Valuation Placement

About the role

Altisource is seeking an Analyst to act as the primary liaison for appraisers, brokers, and other stakeholders involved in valuation services. The role supports the valuation placement process, ensuring smooth communication, document handling, and compliance with service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for appraisers, brokers, and related stakeholders throughout the valuation placement and follow‑up process.
• Obtain valuation documents from vendors and appraisers and maintain accurate property‑related documentation.
• Provide inbound and outbound call, email, and support to vendors and appraisers, delivering status updates and answering property‑related queries.
• Maintain 100% SLA compliance, produce error‑free work, and meet output targets set by business unit HRDs.
• Research and investigate priority complaints and disputes from internal and external stakeholders, escalating matters when necessary.
• Complete assignments and projects on time while collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written communication with accurate grammar and punctuation.
• Fluent spoken English with a neutral accent.
• Strong analytical and cognitive abilities, attention to detail, and a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm.
• Ability to handle phone conversations effectively and provide clear business‑email etiquette.
• Consistent delivery of error‑free work and adherence to quality standards.
