Senior Associate, Title Insurance Services

About the role

Altisource is looking for a Senior Associate in Title Insurance Services to provide back‑office support, conduct title searches and prepare commitment reports for residential and commercial properties. The role will work closely with closing coordinators and other team members to ensure accurate and timely title documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide back‑office support for the Title Company and deliver Title Search and Commitment reports to clients.
• Perform title searches using title plants such as Data Trace, Redvision, Tapestry and Netronline.
• Read and paraphrase search documents, aligning title and commitment matters.
• Collaborate with closing coordinators to revise Title Commitments as needed.
• Review residential and commercial title search materials and create detailed title reports.
• Manage and maintain assigned title files in compliance with process guidelines.
• Maintain strong teamwork to achieve department goals and produce error‑free work.
• Identify issues that require escalation and ensure timely completion of assignments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of US residential/commercial title search and examination experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑state environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with title production applications such as Resware and title plants.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with 100 % accuracy.
• Flexibility to work any shift, primarily night shift.
• Any graduate degree.
